I decided after I blogged about how disappointed I was in Revive that i would also email them and let them know!!
The following day I got an email back saying how sorry and disgusted they where with how I was treated and they offered me a 50 euro voucher to their store!!!
So it just goes to show if you are disappointed in a business or how you were treated by a professional let them know they dont want to loose business and will usually do all they can to redeem them selfs!!!
Im hoping I can now have a good working relationship with Revive!!!
